Electroforming

Wow! Lots of visitors coming in from Polymer Clay Daily after a kind mention of my electroforming experiments by Cynthia Tinapple. So I thought I'd show a few of my favorites and direct those interested to my Blurb electroforming book and free online electroforming tutorial, both links permanently available in the right side bar.

All these pieces are lampworked glass. The bird vessel is hollow, blown glass, with the tailfeathers attached to a tiny cork stopper. The other three are vitreous enamel reverse painted onto sheet glass, then wrapped around a base bead in the flame. All the copper electroforming is added after the beads are kiln annealed.
