Barcelona

I just returned from a whirlwind middle school student tour of Spain and Italy with my son and friends. I'm busily sorting through the 1000+ photos I took, trying to pare down to the essence of the trip.

One of my favorite places was Barcelona, where I just adored the Gaudi mosaics. Even the pavement at the lookout point up above the olympic venues was covered with mosaics. I only wish I had more time in Barcelona to really explore in depth. I will have to return!
